Hello precious reader. Thank you so much for cherishing God’s word and coming up here to read from me. Great grace to you. Today, I’ll talk about faith but I’ll be doing it differently. In stead of writing the normal way, I will give it to you in bullet points. Hence, “Bullets Of Faith“, dramatic right?
I’ll be giving ten bullet points of what faith is not because my target is directed at the misconceptions of faith and at the end of each point, I will attach a scripture. I advice that you open each scripture so you can understand the points and your heart is transformed. So, get your Bible and let’s get blessed.

◼️ First and, for me, the most important point is that Faith is not give solely to meet our needs. Faith is given primarily and ultimately to please God and gain His approval. Amen. (Hebrews 11:2,4)
◼️ Faith does not seek the things that perish but the things that are eternal. (Hebrews 11:9-10)
◼️ Faith doesn’t make God move. God moved by His grace and mercy and that’s why you and I can have faith. Hallelujah !!! (Ephesians 2:8-9)
◼️ We don’t have faith because we have a desire, No!!! It comes by hearing and hearing by the word. (Romans 10:17) You see, we don’t have a hope for something and go on to look for enough faith to meet that hope, No! The word creates a hope and with that hope comes faith… They are not separate. (Hebrews 11:1)
◼️ You may not receive physically the promise, but faith is not disappointed at this, faith is least concerned about a physical manifestation, it holds on to the promise even after death. Listen, faith transcends this realm into eternity. (Hebrews 11:13)
◼️ Faith is not there for us to claim wealth and comfort for ourselves. Faith takes the vow of poverty and believes in God’s provision. (Hebrews 11:24)
◼️ Faith does not always save you from trouble. It, however, sees you through it and chiefly keeps your heart from failing no matter how long it tarries. (Hebrews 11:33-38)
◼️ This point will make some come after me. Faith is not having a vision for life. It is holding on to the word of God no matter what, knowing it’s validity, making your decisions based on it and living by it no matter how long ago it was said or ancient it is. (Hebrews 11:22)
◼️ Faith is not knowing exactly what is going on, how God is leading you or the plans of God. It is simply knowing there’s a hope and an end and knowing that He will take you there as you keep walking with Him daily. (Hebrews 11:8)
◼️ Finally, faith is not fate. It is not “Que sera sera”. It is not leaving things to chance. It is intentionally believing who God is and what He said. (Hebrews 11:1,6)
Adelphoi, I advice that you read through this post again and let the scriptures bring understanding and life to you that you may truly live in faith and not a stubborn wish of the futile mind.
Thank you for reading from me today. God bless you. I’ll write to you next week by God’s grace. Amen. Shalom.
